DD has had one nappy that looked like a massive amount of diarrhea. She seems happy (keeps smiling) and is still eating, but sleeping a lot today. Should I be worried? (Or more worried than usual?)

My personal rulebook regarding diorrhea is that if it only happens once not to worry. If it carries on she may have a bug.

You will know if she's ill, I know this sounds crap but honestly, you just will. If you're at all worried call your out of hours service or go to the hospital - they're always sympathetic to over protective new mothers.

If your BF the advice whatever happens is to keep BF whatever anyone tells you (al lot of people get BF confused with the FF advice). If you are FF the doctors sometimes advise stopping the milk and giving water/diarolyte but only do that if your advised to.

Hope it's just a one off and she isn't ill, that way you can enjoy your weekend!
