I was diagnosed with one of these last year and still have it as far as I know as they decided that more damage would be done if it was removed. Nothing to worry about as far as I know. When I asked if it had anything to do with bf they reckoned no. One sure thing is that if you've found one once then they'll definitely reappear. It's wise to keep checking with GP everytime you find something.
