Access to medical records other than via gp?

Hi

I posted elsewhere but did not get a reply. I left the uk a few years back and so I am not registered with a gp, but I would like to get a copy of my medical records - on the nhs website it tells you to register with a gp to get the records, but I am not in the uk, so does anyone know how I get my records please?

try the NHS England website, they hold records for unregistered people.
