Nerve pain in soft tissue of back a possible cure

I have suffered with a soft tissue nerve pain for years. I carried a cushion everywhere. I had to get rid of all clothes with texture. I couldn’t chop veg without ending up in bed willing the pain to go away.
At beginning of Sept I bought a piece of M and S shapewear. It was a slip with a high back and no seams on the back. It was a light control.
Since then I can do anything. No pain. The nerve is still active, it itches but as long as I don’t touch it, it doesn’t flare up.
I hope if you try this it will help you. My pain is not related to spinal trouble so I don’t know if it will help stenosis.
I felt that this is such a lifesaver for me it might just help other people.
Bon chance.
