When I went to the incontinence clinic years ago the nurse talked about something you could insert into the vagina to help with stress incontinence. Does anyone know what they are called and where to get them?

Aquaflex cones - you can buy them in Boots - they look like a plastic tampon - you put weights in them.

I looked in Boots today, couldn't see a thing and didn't feel like asking don't suppose you know what section they're in?

In our Boots they are with the breast pads etc. You could save yourself the and buy them at Boots online!
