I honestly think it is down to foot wear but for some reason im worried, i have been wearing either crocs caymans or birkenstocks pretty much constantly for the past few months. I have noticed that after i have been laying down or sitting for a bit my feet really reaaly hurt. Is this because of my shoes making me walk with curled toes? Has anyone else had this? I don't want to go to my doctor because its pretty obvious its my shoes - isnt it? I dont have any other summer shoes at the moment so cant test it that way.
