QUICK - what could these lumps on DS be

Have noticed funny little lumps all over him. They are like goosebumps but not as uniform IYSWIM. Started on his face which I thought was just his back teeth coming through but now all over his arms, legs and body. Any thoughts? He's 2.5

do they have a blister type thing on top and are they coming out quickly?

Have you pressed them with a glass to make sure they dissapear. Sounds like it could be chicken pox - there seems to be alot of it about at the moment.

If it doesn't dissapear when pressed with a glass go to A&E immediatly (but you probably already know that)

my dd has heat rash at mo started on her face then she got them on her chest arms too

It's not a rash, not red at all. More just like lumps. There are no blisters either.

Sounds like hives.

He doesn't seem bothered by it at all.
