Friends DD constantly dribbling and neck very sore as result

MY ds and Dd1 both dribbled lots when they were little, due to their CP, I found bandanabibs very good at soaking up the dribble.

covering area in vaseline stops it getting sore. That's what I used to do with ds.

As a desperate measure when dd'sneck got really sore I used talcum powder to dry it out a little. I only had to use it a couple of times to clear it up.

Sudocrem's good too, i sort of treated it like nappy rash, as it's soreness from contantly being damp so it needs to be really clean and dry and then 'barriered' against the damp.
