I had a ready made chicken Caesar wrap from the local One Stop yesterday at around 2pm, by 10pm my stomach was making some weird sounds and feeling a bit crampy which resulted in a bout of the runs. Half an hour later I had to go again. Nothing since then but feeling nauseous on and off then hungry in-between. Had some chicken and rice for dinner and stomach is back to gurgling/popping/cramping so I expect more diarrhoea on the way. DH and kids are fine. Is this food poisoning? I've banned everyone from using the downstairs loo and bleaching it to within an inch of it's life in case of bug! I cannot be dealing with everyone getting a stomach bug so hoping it's food poisoning and will just affect me......
