Hay fever

Mine has started in the last 2 days and is driving me mad!All anti histamines work but make me so drowsy even the non drowsy iyswim Any tips?I have found wearing sunglasses 24/7 helps but I look ridiculous

Hi Noddy - bet you didn't expect an answer that quick! I found that Clarityn worked this year, where some years nothing seems to, and it didn't make me drowsy (or maybe I'm so permanently tired I dont' notice the difference)... anyway, for the last few years I've just been tackling it locally - lots of eyedrops and spray up the nose. Prob. at least the full amount allowed every 24 hours, but really did help.
On the alternative side, i've heard great things about Luffa - which is made by bioforce.

thanks I am finding eye drops a godsend I also have the nose spray but it is mainly my eyes this year.Will look at the bioforce stuff Thanks xxx

My hayfever is SO bad at the moment

the only tablet that 'worksish' for me is clarityn (loratadine) but i have to take 2 per 24 hours... and actually right now its NOT working

all other non drowsy ones make me drowsy too AND just quite simply dont work for me.

I also put eye drops in every hour rather than 4 times per day and nose spray as well
