Does anyone know what this is on the bottom of my foot? It's a bit itchy and sore. It's only on one foot. I'm not sure what cream to buy.

I get that on the side of my foot, but no idea what it is ! It peels as well.

Looks like vesicular tinea ( a form of athletes foot)

Psoriasis that forms on hands and feet.

Dyshidrotic eczema. I get it too, small itchy fluid filled blisters scab over and the whole bit flakes off. Vicki's or other heavy moisturiser helps.

Looks like pomphlox, I use Daktacort on mine....

I agree, lots of moisturiser and put socks over the top.

Ok thanks.

I can't see the picture.

If it is clear blisters with a black spot it's probably pompholyx
If it is pus filled blisters it's probably plantar pustular psoriasis.

Or it could be lots of other things. Grin

Looks exactly like my dishydrotic eczema. keep it clean, dry well, thin layer of hydrocortisone cream morning and evening. Mine gets worse when it's hot, when I wear socks or when I'm stressed. Doctor can prescribe stronger stuff if OTC doesn't work.

I get psoriasis on my shins and it started with the planter form. Hands totally clear for years but feet can get very dry and flakey with small blisters which dry before peeling off in strips. Just getting over a very bad zombie foot attack which coincided with sandal weather Sad. I slathered feet in champneys foot cream and put on socks for a fortnight. My feet are normal now.
