So I don't eat fruit. None, nada. Since I've been little and my DPs and DGMs tried to force me to eat them and made me even though I didn't want to, same goes for vegetables, I eat a very small selection and nothing raw.
There's even vegetables I can't stand the smell of because of the memories they bring.
I've tried to eat fruit and try more veg lots of times and I'm embarrassed to admit this but it usually makes me gag no matter how much I try I've also tried smoothies but I just can't manage it.
I know it's bad and I know I should try harder and I am but in the meanwhile I was wondering if there's any vitamins/supplements I should be taking in order to try and make up for it somehow?
I know they are not a replacement for the real thing but at least I'll be getting some of the vitamins I don't get from anywhere else.
Is there any brands/specific things I should look out for? And what vitamins should I be looking for to try and supplement the lack of fruit/veg in my diet?
