I've used it. I lost nothing. I suffered from the common side effect of 'anal leakage'. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

I'm on it, and in 2 and a half months I've lost 27lb with no side effects. As long as you avoid fatty foods it's fine, but that's just me. I think it's brilliant!

Friend of mine was on it and lost loads! Have you signed up for the helpline bit? She said that it really helped her to understand what to do/ which foods to avoid etc, and when she was feeling really down (didn't lose any weight for a while) they were really sweet and kept her motivation up.

I had one batch that was capsule form, and it worked much better than the second lot, tablet form. not sure if it was the form or if i'd got used to it somehow. But neither were that great IMO. I've only just started to drop a few pounds, after getting back on the treadmill. The only thing that gets my weight off is running 5 or 6 days a week. I've also tried reductil, which is good if you do eat alot, but not much use if you're a habit eater, as you'll just do it anyway.

I lost 6 lbs in first month, and only 3 in second and third months. I've kind of given up on it (not very patient) but my dad lost about 3 stone in about 6 or 7 months.
I think he did used to eat a lot of fatty food whereas I didn't/don't.
Good luck with it though.
