I have a bad back. Got numb fingers 2 days ago. Now pins and needles in feet is this ok to wait?

My husband is away and I am alone with son.
My back has hurt bad for about 3 weeks
I've had a lot of nerve blocks done on it this year but the pain is returning

I think the time to majorly worry and get yourself to A&E for urgent treatment, is if you lose sensation/control of peeing and pooing.
You've obviously got some nerve impingement from bulging discs so you do need seeing as soon as you can get your consultant to see you.
