Help! I'm so tired

I can't believe how tired I am. Can't do anything in evenings anymore. Only feel well if I've gone to sleep with kids at 9pm. I just long to have more energy because I've got so much I need to do (doing up the house, getting on top of housework, starting a new career etc)
I had a pre-cancerous cells (quite bad) removed from cervix, and not all cleared up so I am trying not to overdo things or push myself too hard, but this just means nothing gets done.
I job once a week and have got a free months membership of a gym so I'm going to try and do more excercise.
I have 2 boys of 3 and 6.

I know how you feel, Olliebird (my boys are 8,7 and 3).
And exercise and early nights definitely do help.
Sounds like you really need some TLC, though, especially after the medical scare you've had.
Do you have anyone you can turn to, so you can get some time to yourself (even if it's only to sleep!)?

Sorry to hear of your troubles, why don't you try a tonic with vitamins in it like Biostrath you can get at a pharmacy its better in the capsules. I would review my diet and include lots of green leafy veg and fruit for energy and heavy carbs which might be making you feel sluggish. If your body is telling you to sleep then do it. Get someone to help or give the boys little tasks to help you even if its just running thier own bath or putting their clothes away, might be messy but at least its something less!!

Otherwise talk to your doctor. Hope this helps ;0)

thanks for the advice
yes I do have a wonderful mum - when I visit she gives kids breka and I have a lie-in, so really lucky. Sadly she doesn't live close and the dh (or not so dear h) is megacrapyuselesshubby (IS THERE AN ABREIVIATION FOR THIS?)who is allergic to all domestic work and childcare so I think I have to try and get healthier so I can be more productive. Will work on the diet.
