Omega 3 - which brand do you use?

and where do you buy it from? Its expensive if you have more than one child, and the different brands vary in how much epa and dha they have in them. Is it worth paying for the brand Eye Q?

I went for eyeQ, only to throw the whole bottle away cos I couldn't get dd to take the 'vanilla' flavour and it only lasts so long in the fridge...then I tried it myself...yeuch!!! Disgusting,really.

From then on I went for the yoghurts and suckable tablets with it in as a supplement. I wouldn't waste a tenner- would be my advice. HTH

I also bought Eye Q at great expense, only to find that the children thought it disgusting. Now I just make them eat oily fish instead!

You can get omega 3 milk and eggs if you don't want to fork out a tenner for eye-Q etc.
