Smile Hello there! been lurking on this site for a while but only just posted! I appreciate that this is a long post but im looking for advice please ladies! Smile

I started having pregnancy symptoms about 2 weeks ago apart from sore breasts. I just "felt pregnant" Its hard to describe, I've got a 3YO DD and I felt the same very way when I fell pregnant with her but I knew from very early on as I'm quite in tune with my body.

Now this feeling of pregnancy happened before my late period, but I tested anyways and I got a BFN, I was due on my period on the 20/08 but I didn't "come on" until the 28th and it started with brown spotting which turned into a medium to light period on the 29th which only lasted the day and then it stopped and started for half a day and I had pink discharge for another day and that stopped on the 30th so I was only "on" for a day and a half if you can call it that and I'm usually bang on time each month and I always have clots but I didn't have even one this time round..so I thought this was peculiar I'm a 25 year old incase this makes any difference?Confused

I tested again this morning but still a BFN which im certain it should be a bfp if I was but im confused as today my breasts have become slightly painful. If I was pregnant I'd be approximately 3 weeks, unless the bleeding I recently had was IB...If I am pregnant this will be a different father to my previous DD so I don't know if that could cause any changes but my thoughts are not. Hmm

I'm really impatient and confused and its the weekend and the doctors are closed and I suffer quite badly with anxiety and the unknowing its driving me insane, has any experienced this before, what was the outcome?

Do you think it was just extreme PMS symptons and the shortest period ever or am I looking into this too much, I've read and read and im even starting to think i've convinced myself im going around the bend! I fell constantly in a daze like I've been drugged! I will keep this posted updated for anyone interested or having experienced the same thing?

thank you for reading! Please dont read and run Sad x

Also to add my symptoms have been, bloating, cramping, back pain feeling generally nauseated and a feeling I can't kick, i had dreams when i fell pregnant with my daughter that i was pregnant and im having the same now, not to mention im exhausted and certain foods have made me feel sick, having heartburn. Feeling like bubbles in both my womb area and my stomach!

And to mention i had no cramping on this 'period' either which is really weird!

Sounds like you are pregnant to me, get yourself a first response pregnancy test and wait until first urine of the day to be most accurate, good luck!

Hi. I was the same and have only found out I am pregnant. Probably about 4 weeks. When I took a cheaper test nothing came up but I took a clear blue test and they both have come back positive. This was only a day after my missed period. Also with my 2nd child I had light spotting and knew I was pregnant as it wasn't a period and I was right. Hope this helps

Thank you both I really appreciate it, i do hope i am but im starting to wonder if im giving myself symptoms by wanting to be pregnant, you know what its like you can think yourself into anything.

I brought some of the high sensitivity early strips from ebay and ive tried 2 shop pound brands im sure i tested around this time maybe earlier with my dd and i was getting positives. I dont know how long i should wait to test again these negatives are killing me, im going to ring the doctors on Monday and try get bloods taken. I don't know if it was a 'period' or not as i didnt think medium/light red blood flow was normal Hmm x
