mid-cycle bleeding?

since i got af back after dd was born, they have been a bit irregular (am still bfding) i just had 1day of light bleeding mid cycle is this normal while everything gets back to normal as it were or not? if that makes any sense at all...

I have had this for about a year daisybo and am still bfing ds3 who is 2!I went to a gynaecologist who prescribed meds for my heavy periods and arranged a pelvic scan which turned out to be normal. My GP had thought it was nothing to do with bf but the gynae disagreed.

Should add, the gynae was less concerned when I confirmed that the bleeding was not post-coital. Apparently if it happens after sex it's not a good thing.
