Tennis Elbow - what can I do?

I've had a sore arm for weeks, diagnosed last week as lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow)

Is there anything I can do to help it? Will it get better?

When I've had it, the only thing that has made a difference is acupuncture tbh and I tried physio, steroid injections, anti inflammatories and a support
