My daughter is 20 months old and only has 2 teeth. She is slightly iron deficient and Vitamin D deficient although her Calcium level is fine. She is on iron supplement and Abidec drops for 6 months. Dentist and GP not concerned. Has anyone else had a late develper of teeth?

We have the opposite problem but I do know of kids in my playgroup who are two and a half and don't have many. Apparently they all come through in a big stampede when they do come so it may be worth you buying in a big bottle of Calpol.

As long as your dentist isn't worried, I would just count it as one of life's little puzzles - I'm sure she's done other things developmentally earlier and it's just balancing out.
