Really itchy palms

Had both my carpal tunnels done last year but I keep getting very itchy palms and have to find something rough to rub them against . Anyone suffered the same?? am wondering whether to go back to gp??

Are your hands at all spotty? I get this with exzema - it feels like teeny tiny balls under the skin. It's worse in warm weather, I have to be careful not to leave my hands (or feet) sweaty, ever.
