Finish work at 6.00pm tonight, cause of dh's plans we will be eating dinner at 6.15/6.20pm ish.
I want to fit in some exercise before this dh sugessts he picks me up (I don't have the car as I walked to work today [polishes halo]) then when i get home I go for a 10 minute run.
I say I'll just walk home from work - it's approx 20 mins.
Dh says walking is NOT proper exercise and a run is better.
Who is right please?
