Baby Ezcema

Hello,
My 5 and half month old son has ezcema.
We have some cream from the docs but wondered if anyone had any tips to keep it at bay, without using the cream?

Hi, dd2 had v bad eczema on her face. We tried dairy free. We tried acid fruit free. We tried no saps. Only thing that worked was Neals Yard nappy cream on her face as recommended by a mner - thread still exists if you search on exczema. I know it sounds weird but it owrked for us.
