Anyone had negative bloods for coeliac and had a diagnosis following an endoscopy?

Where I live, they don't do any more if bloods are negative.

I have done two gluten challenges, which were awful, had two negative results and that's it. However, it's not that I choose to eat gluten free, I have no choice if I want to live a normal life without having to deal with completely unpredictable and uncontrollable diarrhea!

Yeah, the blood results are very unreliable and don’t detect about a third of cases so it’s very common!

Good luck on the GF diet there are some fantastic GF foods out these days xx

I haven't had a diagnosis yet - went to a rheumatologist, listed my symptoms and he said they fit coeliac. I was shocked. Wouldn't have guessed that myself. Did the test and it came back negative. Now he's diagnosed fibromyalgia. Given coeliac runs in my family though I've asked for an endoscopy to rule coeliac out 100%. He didn't seem too keen but has referred me to an gastroenterologist. He sort of implied it was just to have a discussion. I.e for him to reassure me that it would've come up in the bloods!
