spreading thrush. How concerned should I be?

Hi all. our 8mth old has thrush in the nappy area. We started treating it today with candida cream, but also noticed that she seems to have light spots up her tummy on even on her back. Should I be concerned?

thrush will only work itself out from mouth to genitals, I dont think it would work this way up the body. and will not work its way back up to the mouth.

Prob unrelated, but maybe see your hv?
