Hi there last year my daughters teacher brought up the fact that she found it extremely hard to focus and was constantly moving. I was excactly the same as a child.
Cut forward to a year later and I have been diagnosed as having ADHD at the age of 40 and my 7 year old daughter was diagnosed last week.

We have both been put on mediation.
I’m on Elvanse and my DD is on Mediknet

Is there anyone else who is a mum and daughter both diagnosed?

The medication has been a revalation: I feel calm and in control, organised and happy.
It seems to have also kept my personality which is great.
The difference in my daughter is immense!
