Anti-biotics question - urgent

Quick question. Have been given antibiotics for DS 21mths. Supposed to have them an hour before food, but due to circs, he is tired and wants to sleep. He's just had dinner and has to have his milk too. Would you just give him the antibiotics anyway or miss the dose and carry onn as normal tomorrow?

which antibiotic is it?

penicillin (phenoxymethylpenicillin) for infection of a spot on his face

definitely give them... its important to NOT miss a dose.

that can be taken on empty stomach- in fact, its absorbtion rate is quicker without food.

Give them anyway but he may get a squity tummy.

he can have it, but it will be absorbed slowly- but should still be taken!!
