gross, I know, but does anyone else still have great big painful ones 2 months after giving birth? Going for endoscopy this week and worried I may have more than just piles.

And I did after dd1, too - they got better eventually, and GP gave me Proctosedyl supps which helped a lot, but the tendency stayed. And they're worse post dd2 (six months later, and still there on and off).

I also had an endoscopy a few months post dd1, as I had ongoing heartburn, and it was a hiatus hernia...pregnancy induced. I'm guessing that being prone to piles I'm also prone to hh, as its all to do with lax tubes of one sort or another
