When filing feet what is the best technique please?

Dry skin or wet skin, pumice or metal file?

Do they have any super contraptions at the beauty salon that would be worth forking out for?

i use a sandpaper one from the Body shop on dry feet.

I bought a Scholl one from Boots. It's v good on dry feet.
