Sacroiliac Joint - out of place

I’ve seen my osteopath twice over 3 weeks as my sacroiliac joint keeps popping out of place. It happened when pregnant with DD but has recently flared up again.

After treatment it stays in place for two days maximum and even if I’m ultra careful it’s clicking out if place again and seems to always be when I'm lying down and turning from back to side. It’s doesn’t hurt straight away I’m agony about 5 days later but get numbness and tingling almost immediately.

I’m going to contact my osteopath tomorrow and see what he says (even with strapping this last time it still popped out) I think i’ll have contact the GP too cos I can’t carry on like this as I can’t afford to keep seeing my osteopath if it’s not going to stay in.

I clearly need to strengthen my muscles too and know that yoga is recommended
so have contacted some local ones but was wondering if lovely MN have any other tips or experiences of this and can give any advice?

I have a very active 3 year old and I’m not being able to do much interaction as I’d like/ need to and when the joint is back in I’m hardly able to do anything as it clicks back out so easily I’m desperate what am I going to do?

What has your Osteopath advised you to do?
I know when I had PGP during pregnancy the advice was not to roll from back to side lying down. It was to sit up and then lie back down on side. There are a lot of videos on YouTube for strengthening exercises for this problem and for ‘popping the joint’.

Trouble is it's when I'm sleeping I don't know I'm doing it. He's suggested gurdle thing.
