Really Chuffed!

Dd2 finally passed a hearing test today. She was born with a condition that has caused glue ear that we expected to be a problem for some years yet, But yesterday we were told there are no problems, hearing fine, glue ear cleared up!!!She starts school in Sept and I was concerned there might be problems but no, it's O.K. So I'm dead chuffed!!! Dd2 thinks I'm mad!!

Sorry, only just had time to reply...she was born with a cleft palate. Which causes glue aer in 80% of babies,and then takes about 2yrs longer than average to go. She will still have a variety of checks (until she's 21) for her palate but we have been fortunate in not having any further problems with that. Still v. chuffed!!!
