Sudden feeling of tightness in my throat.

Started about an hour ago,feels like the tightness you get if you are fighting back tears iykwim?.
Quite uncomfortable,any ideas?

Yup, totally agree - can come on at the most weird times. Having said that, if i had one while mopping the floor, I would use it as an excuse to sit down and let DH finish off
