Cerazette/desogesttel pill bleeding out of the blue

Hi I’ve been taking this pill for 4 years and suddenly about 3 weeks ago I got a period . Not a normal one , very dark with sludge and clots . It appears to be getting gradually heavier . I’ve been still taking my pill throughout . Should I be worried or is it ok ?

This is common on Cerazette according to my GP!

It’s a pain in the arse though. My doctor said it could be hormonal but it was nothing to worry about.
