Really horrible pain in left side of tummy

Have been up since around 1am. Woke up with stomach cramps in the middle and lower left side of my tummy. Has moved to just my left side. It feels like somethings stuck. Have been to sit on the loo but nothing is happening other than this horrid pain. Not actually sure what to do with myself now.

Could be gallstones. But could also be lots of other things. Have you called a doctor today?

It might just be constipation, especially if you haven't been able to go.

It could be trapped wind! I had this a few weeks ago and couldn’t believe how flipping painful it was.

Possibly diverticulitis? Sounds too low for gallstones. Do you have a fever and/or feel generally unwell? Sounds like you need to see your GP in the morning for an emergency appt.
