I started to feel unwell a few weeks ago. In the middle of June really. I had a lot of sinus pressure behind my forehead and my head was heavy. I was coughing badly too which was keeping me awake at night.

I went to the doctor because I was very bad at night time and found it hard to sleep with the cough. The cough was unbelievably agressive. Any time I lied down, I started a coughing fit which had me bringing up phelgm and puking too. I was also caught up coughing while excercising.
I found the doctor was a great help. Sinus and hayfever, it's all connected and I was given medicines. I was given an antihistamine, nasal spray and steroids. I was also given repeat prescriptions until September. I fulfilled three of the prescriptions and I still have more prescriptions.
I find the steroid tablets a huge help. That definitely calms things down.
However, I'm still suffering. I need to sleep propped up on pillows and cushions at night. Otherwise I have coughing fits and I'm sick.
I'm doing ok during the days. The pressure in my head is gone. It's only some nights I'm in trouble (and that's only if I'm not propped up) and excercising or walking from A to B which is more problematic.
I've loads of people telling me I should go back to the doctor. What do you think?
