Apologies if this is the wrong section to post on, but I was looking for some advice on using deodorant and antiperspirant sprays.
I am 19 weeks pg and whilst researching the safety of using another product yesterday, I came across a load of articles that suggested deodorant and antiperspirant sprarys weren't safe to use in pregnancy because of the aluminiums they contain.
I have been using a Nivea spray for the last couple of months (before that I was using an alcohol free one, but couldnt find this in sainsburys again when I needed to restock). and am now worried I have been doing the wrong thing/some unneccessary damage :(
I think I will swicth to a natural one, but I was just wondering if anyone else used/uses a normal antiperspirant/deodorant spray, and whether you think this is okay to do?
