Dd2's hans are always cold??

Even on the hotest days her hands are like ice.

is this normal (she's 14 months old)?

My dd2 has cold hands most of the time too, i just say she will be great at making pastry when she is older! She is 19mnths

People always say its bad circulation, im not sure if its true or not my boys are the same though.

They always say that when they're babies they can often have cold hands and feet but it doesn't mean they're cold but I'm not so sure with older children.
Have you pressed her skin to see if the colour comes back quickly? If it doesn't doesn't, it could be hydration/circulation.
You could always ask GP if you're worried.
