Hi, popped into Holland & Barratt yesterday to buy some vitamins.
Quick history, I keep picking up viral infections and tonsilitis, I also do aerobics for about 4 - 5 hours a week so thought maybe some vitamins would help.
The lady in H & B recommended a jar called 'Super One' which I think is an all rounder and one called 'Busy B with C' which is Vitamins B and C.
So I took one of each yesterday, and sorry if this is too much informaiton but they have turned my urine a flourescent yellow colour. Is this normal? And do you think these sound like the right vitamins for me?
