I have a severely damaged thumb nail, for 5 years the nail has never grown back. It hurts.

I have seen over 5 different dermatologists and all have ruled out psoriasis, fungus, infections etc

They can offer no solution!

I want the nail / nail bed removed so it stops growing and hurting so much.

I'm lost as to who to contact? GP?
