I've just had a slightly longer than usual walk to work & my thigh muscles are doing what they always do when they've had a bit of work to do - they are quietly twitching all over, as if my leg innards are a mass of rubber bands & someone is randomly twanging them.
It's not painful, so I'm sure it couldn't be called spasms - and I've had a look at "restless leg" syndrome & it's not that - because it's not a night thing, it's a predictable, post-physical-effort thing. I've always had it - not a new thing.
Does anyone else get this? Could it be related to circulation problems? Any suggestions about how to stop it happening? (Yes, I should exercise more - but I'm fairly active - not completely sedentary.)
