Any ideas as to what could be causing my frequent vomiting?!

Recently, I have been experiencing an issue in which I am feeling nauseous and being sick most days (sometimes multiple times)
The sickness comes on out of the blue (mostly after eating) and TMI involves quite a lot of vomit.
I am really worrying about this as there is no obvious cause. I'm kind of worried that it could be bulimia like subconsciously if that makes sense?
I suffer from anxiety anyway, especially around health and this is sending me into overdrive.
What could this be??

Some sort of gastric bug, if it’s just recent? Sometimes they can last a while.
Or an intolerance to something. Sometimes if you’ve had a nasty bug it can trigger an intolerance.
Or cyclical vomiting?

A bug? I felt super nauseous a few weeks ago - Ds had a tummy bug but I was never sick.

Or an intolerance to something you’re eating?

Pregnant maybe? - morning sickness?

Anxiety? Could it be related - are you on any medication and can you think of anything you eat/drink may cause it?

Gastroparesis?
I have this, delayed stomach emptying

Try cutting out fat and fiber oh have liquid meals for a few days see if it helps

If not go to the GP. I can see why it could trigger you so be careful

My first thought is pregnancy - if that's possible, take a test.
Otherwise, a bug or food intolerance.

Pregnant is my first thought too

Pregnancy?
Chronic anxiety?
Acid reflux?
Bug?
Ulcer?

I’d go to the Doctors if you can rule pregnancy out and ask them for a referal to have a gastroscopy done so they can see what’s going on in your stomach. If they find nothing then maybe keep a food diary for a month to see if certain foods are flaring it up? And if not then it could be anxiety so something like CBT might help

Are you on hormonal contraception? I had something similar where I was sick after dinner most nights for over a year. Eventually I stopped taking the pill and the nausea stopped.

Your problems sound exactly like mine were 2 years ago. It was my gallbladder. I didn't have stones, but it's functionality was down to 8%. I was nauseous all the, regardless of what I ate. I was also throwing up every time I turned around it seemed. I got it removed and was immediately back to normal.

Whatever the cause, you need to go to your gp and get this figured out.
