any ideas what this is please

dd who is 5yrs has a long water blister down the inside of her finger.It burst yesterday but has filled back up today.At the base of her finger is a little sore and her finger is abit red.But she says she hasn't hurt it.

i get those sometimes, no idea what they are or why i get them but they don't cause any trouble and usually disappear after a few days

Is it itchy/does it feel hot?
Chilblain?

Thank you PinkTulips i thought i was going to have to book to see the doctor,but i'll wait and see how it goes.

It is not itchy,but abit hot.It onlt hurt when the blister burst.
