Sweaty baby!

Can anyone help? My 5 and a half month old daughter sometimes has very sweaty hands and feet, even though she has a normal temperature and seems fine otherwise. Sometimes her feet are sweaty but feel quite cold. Has anyone else experienced this, should I be worried about it?

My friend's son (now a strapping 11yo!) was like this - really really clammy feet. He grew out of it by about 1yo IIRC but has always loved going barefoot in the house, even in the depths of winter.

I would just mention it to the HV or doc next time you're there, but pretty sure if there are no other symptoms that there's prob nothing to worry about.
