can't cry or sweat

A friend of mine has just said she met someone today who is unable to cry or sweat. She can't remember what the other symptoms are. She said the condition sounded like it began with the letters chose .

Anyone heard of this condition or know what the proper name is so we can look up more info

i'd imagine it's anhydrosis..hyperhydrosis is where you sweat loads & sometimes people have nerves cut if the problem is v severe.
