I've gone away on holiday today , a hiking holiday. Last night before I came away I thought between my toes was a bit itchy but didn't think much of it.

Today after only walking about 3 miles inbetween my toes was itchy agony. Feels like my skin is about to split. I'm used to walking, it's not my boots or socks or the actual walking.

Got 10 miles to do tomorrow and nowhere near a shop. Currently soaking my feet in hot water. I have plasters and sudocrem in my first aid kit....not sure if either will help.

Yes.

You can buy all you need over the counter. Go to a chemist or supermarket if you can. The treatment is to keep your feet dry so don't soak. Athletes foot is a fungal infection which likes warm and moist conditions. The best you can do i let the air get to your feet and apply some cream as soon as you can get to a shop. Sudacrem might help but stop soaking your feet!
