i know there is the obvious running around after him! but i want to do proper structured exercise a few times a week.
i do lots of walking. Mon and tues i work. i walk 50mins in the mornings to get ds to nursery then to the bus stop for work, then walk 1.5 hours from work to nursery then back home again.
The rest of the week apart from general walking i dont do anything.
what can i do that counts a proper exercise that i can do with ds with me? Even when i take him swimming i dont really get a chance to swim
