It's driving me crazy. I'm not a hayfever sufferer, never had allergies generally, but woke up on Tuesday with a red, puffy, itchy rash-covered face and feeling as though I wanted to scratch my whole body raw.
This happened randomly a few months ago as well as approx 3 years ago, when I also had unexplained swelling of one ankle - doctor was baffled and that eventually went away, but the same foot now swells up from time to time for no apparent reason.
I've been popping Piriton daily and keeping out of the sun (which I don't worship anyway) but still feel horribly itchy. Barely slept last night because of it. Help!
