What could be the cause of this rash?

Started on my feet on Tuesday evening but was very mild, suddenly worsened last night and has spread to my upper body this morning.
Very itchy and accompanied by sore/tight scratchy throat, feeling feverish and dizzy

I went to doctor's this morning with similar - had a sore throat for weeks and then got bad itchy rash last night. She said was probably allergic reaction to something, and could be hayfever related - she'd seen a few recent hayfever cases which didn't have the usual symptoms (runny eyes, nose etc). Told me to take hayfever tablets.

Best to get it checked out by doc. Are you in Bristol area? Wonder if there's something in the air...

Thanks for your reply. I’m not in bristol area, closer to Leicester. I’ll get checked out if it doesn’t improve its driving me crazy it’s so itchy!

DS had folliculitis that looked a little similar.

The doctors thought it was glandular fever but the first test came back negative so they want to do another next week
