nits - first timer!

just found some nits in DS2's hair (I think!). I've read a few threads about them and they all mention conditioner - do I rinse out the conditioner and then comb or leave it in?

I have a nit comb.

I used cheap cond and didn't rinse off, you end up combing most of it out

thanks hana now to convince DS1 that I should do his too - he's got a bit of a thing about me tyring to do anything that involves examinng his body! Wouldn't even let me put calamine on his chicken pox!
