What the heck is this discolouration/rash?

Top of my thigh where it meets my groin, a stretch of this in a patch about 8 inches by 4 inches. I think it's slowly increased in size over the last couple of years. Not itchy, and it only seems to be on top layer of skin, bit scaly looking... Tried eumovate but it's not shifted it. Doesn't seem quite serious enough to go to doctor about but it is puzzling! Any ideas?

Possibly psoriasis? Worth a GP apppointment after such a long time!!

I know I should. I think I shall tomorrow. Thing is it's not remote itchy or sore, so easy to ignore until I'm naked and looking at them! I had a feeling it was stretch marks but they seem to be increasing and I've not changed size or owt.

I even thought it might be some kind of liver spot but you don't usually get those of your knicker line!

it’s in a hidden spot!! I’d get it looked at, you’ve done all you can with cream etc. Weird rashes are a pain!

Dearie me Google isn't my friend! Given I also have wrinkly fingertips apparently it could be an adrenal disorder!

Or eczema, obv.
